On any given night, there are approximately 1,000 people seeking a bed within a shelter in the City.  Approximately 36% are gainfully employed.  Can you pick them out of the masses?  Many sleep on buses or cars.  Some in abandon buildings.  A large number will shower in the morning at the gym or a drop-in center and then head to work.  This group of people must be addressed - and the discussion starts NOW!
